The title might suggest a prenatal book, but it's actually the story of a journey of the soul, the adventure of my Heroic Woman, after the call life made me repeatedly, which I refused to accept at various times in my life. Until experiencing a new painful process with the death of one of my best patients and friend in 2021.

🌍 Worldwide:
Breast cancer:
Most cases are diagnosed between the ages of 45 and 69.
The highest incidence peak is in women aged 50 to 59 years.
However, the number of cases in women under 40 is slowly increasing, especially in countries undergoing economic transition.
Cervical cancer:
The highest number of diagnoses occurs between the ages of 35 and 49.
Significant peaks are also observed between the ages of 50 and 64.
In Colombia:
Breast cancer:
Higher incidence among women aged 50 to 59.
A significant increase is observed in the 40 to 49 age group.
Cases in women under 40 represent approximately 10% of diagnoses.
Cervical cancer:
The most affected group is between 40 and 49 years old.
High incidence still among women aged 30 to 39, higher than in many developed countries.
Concern about late diagnosis in women aged 50 to 64.
